Hi Dad!

Here is a picture Edie sent (okay, is it one d or dd?) from our Father's Day outing at the good ole' Moberly Golden Corral.  Notice my kids haven't quite figured out the whole family portrait thing yet.  Jack was still wanting to run around and work off that bowl of m&ms. 

Whose pictured you ask?  Okay, let me tell ya: starting on the left is James (Gina's man), Gina (my sister), Pat (my man), Irene, Meredith (me), Jack, and Tim (my dad). 

Other news: This weekend while Pat was trying on shorts at Sears, Jack turned to me and said in a pleading voice, "Mommy, I want daddy."  Oh sure, way to pick sides son.  I started out of the kids section and back to Pat when Jack spotted him and started yelling, "DADDY! DADDY!"  It made Pat chuckle.

At home yesterday, Irene found she can sneak a can of soda off the kitchen table and drink 1/2 of it before I notice.  Dang Facebook sucked me in before I realized it.  I took her & Jack to the play place at the mall and let her burn off the caffeine.  Let me tell you, she was revved up.  Irene even lifted her shirt to show off her belly to a random dad.  Pat is upset because he didn't give her a dollar.  Ha!
